Bilingual Team Leader (English/French)

Since 2019, our Tunis office has played a key role in supporting the Group’s growth and optimizing its service delivery across Europe.We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Operations Team Leader to join our team in Tunis. This role involves leading a team dedicated to various operational tasks related to insurance claims management. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong organizational skills, a solid background in operations or the insurance/BPO sector, and a passion for driving performance and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of approximately 15 FTEs involved in claims processing, data management, and customer service.Define clear goals and performance targets aligned with company objectives.Provide continuous guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering professional growth and development.Monitor team performance and productivity, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans when necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other department leaders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.Handle escalated issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team environment.Prepare regular reports and presentations on key metrics, operational KPIs, and overall team performance for management review.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Proven experience in a leadership or team management role, ideally within operations, insurance, or the BPO industry.Strong understanding of insurance operations and claims management processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and drive performance within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational tools.Fluency in English and French (additional European languages are a strong plus).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and sport cards.Professional growth opportunities and career development within the CED Group.A collaborative and supportive work environment where innovation and teamwork are valued.
