Joining part of a capable and supportive national functionReporting into the Billings Supervisor you'll work as part of a collaborative billings team. You will ensure that billing procedures are being followed and assist with the development, improvement and implementation of procedureWorking on all aspects of invoicing including write-offs, cancellation, and dispute resolutionLoading rate schedules and invoices via electronic databasesPeriodic client billing, matter management and reporting to clientsProblem-solving for invoice presentation and schedulingSet up and tailor invoicing to meet client requirementsAbout you The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years billings / invoicing experience ideally gained working in the professional services sector (highly preferred but not essential)Regardless you will be an effective team player, with great attention to detail and communication skills.For more information, please contact Phillip Pham on 02 9775 5922.
