The Group's focus on ethical practices and entrepreneurial spirit has driven its consistent growth of over 42% annually from 2017 to 2021.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a BIM Coordinator:Develop / Create / Enhance & Coordinating models from all trades for ongoing and past model workReviewing and organizing models and data collected from 3rd party data (CAD & Model)Work & Review on multiple disciplines modelAssist with QA/QC coordinationChange Order ProcessingTrack multiple milestones through the different phases of a projectCommunicate with clients via phone, e-mailEnsure that project operations comply with company standards and client requirementsDocument any project issues and be able to communicate and resolve effectively with clientsAssist with resource planningDevelop and promote new strategies for effective working of BIM modelPerform quality analysis tests to check consistency of the product with the plansLiaise with the architect, clients, civil engineers from time to timeTrain the team members on developing the BIM model and using BIM softwareUpgrade the organization’s BIM model with advancements in BIM technologiesManage a technical team and to coordinate with senior project architectsAssist in the production of construction documents and other deliverablesAssist Naviswork Manage – clash detection add on to REVITAssist Naviswork – construction programming / phasing add on to REVITAssist Primavera & Microsoft Project for 4D simulationAssist Core-net BIM Submission, Authorities SubmissionQualificationsDiploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalentMinimally 3 years’ experience in building construction and project executionKnowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, NavisworksGood technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modelling and drafting worksGood communication, writing & interpersonal skillsHaving a positive attitude and proactive mindsetAdaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlinesApply Now or send your CV directly to karla.farhana@elitez.asia with the email subject: BIM Coordinator Job Application / [Your Name].
