When you join us, you can begin your purpose, belong to a global community, and become the best version of you.Do you have a creative eye and a passion for storytelling that brings learning and talent engagement to life?We are seeking an HR Design & Multimedia Content Creator to develop visually compelling and emotionally resonant content that supports Marriott’s Human Resources (HR) and Learning & Development (L+D) initiatives across Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China).Reporting directly to the Director of L&D Operations, this role is responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging digital and print assets, videos, and storytelling content that enhances internal communications, employer branding, and learning programs. Strong presentation formatting and visual storytelling abilities. Photography and videography skills with attention to lighting, framing, and editing. Ability to pair strong visuals with impactful messaging across multiple formats such as social posts, slides, and campaign headlines. Soft SkillsHighly collaborative with a service mindset. Organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Creative, curious, and passionate about elevating people and culture through design. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Multimedia, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, video production, or social media marketing—preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, social media content, and/or campaign collateral. Experience working on internal communications, L+D materials, or employer branding is a strong plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut, Synthesia, Envato, and/or other multimedia tools. Core Work AreasCreative Design & Visual Content ProductionDesign and produce high-quality visuals for internal and external use, including:Employer branding assets (e.g., social media posts, recruitment campaigns, talent attraction collateral)Leadership presentations (e.g., town halls, conference decks, HR updates)Event visuals (e.g., banners, backdrops, invites, name cards, digital signage, videos)L&D materials (e.g., learner guides, job aids, infographics, SharePoint graphics)Translate creative briefs into engaging artwork that aligns with Marriott’s global brand identity, while ensuring local relevance and visual consistency. Develop and manage content calendars for artwork deliverables and campaign timelines. Multimedia & Video SupportPlan, shoot, and edit videos for HR and L+D initiatives—such as talent spotlights, learning journeys, onboarding content, and recognition stories. Edit photos and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut, or Canva. Create motion graphics and short-form videos optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal screens. Leadership & Internal Communications SupportDesign and format polished presentation decks and materials for senior HR and business leaders, ensuring visuals are clear, professional, and brand aligned. Support the development of internal communication campaigns through creative concepting and asset production. Create presentation artwork, ensuring visual and written elements are well integrated to theme of content. Event Branding & Collateral DevelopmentCollaborate with stakeholders to produce all necessary design elements for HR and L+D events (both virtual and in-person), including training, awards, career fairs, and town halls. Create visual slides, event signage, and promotional content to ensure a cohesive attendee experience. Capture photography and video highlights during key events to be used for post-event communications and social sharing. Collaboration & Project ManagementWork with cross-functional teams (HR Marketing, L+D, PR, Internal Comms, and hotel teams) to meet creative requirements and timelines. Liaise with external vendors or agencies to oversee artwork production, printing, or localization as needed. Maintain organized asset libraries, creative templates, and distribution lists for reuse and knowledge sharing.
