The Design Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of design activities to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative engineering solutions. Responsibilities include leading interdisciplinary design teams, ensuring client requirements are met, facilitating project reviews, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. The Design Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders and provide mentorship to team members.QualificationsProficiency in design management, project coordination, and stakeholder communicationExperience with interdisciplinary collaboration and delivering innovative engineering design solutionsStrong organizational and time management skills to streamline processes and meet project deadlinesTechnical expertise in the design of infrastructure, urban development, or transportation projectsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailRelevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldDemonstrated leadership experience, including team mentoring and cross-functional coordinationKnowledge of industry-standard tools and software for design and project management
