BIM Coordinator

Company Description Landscape Projects Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator, located in Riyadh. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) elements, collaborating with teams to ensure project design accuracy, and overseeing the implementation of project data in accordance with established standards. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting design issues, maintaining BIM models, and facilitating effective communication between different disciplines. Qualifications BIM Coordination and proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflowsKnowledge of Landscape, Architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systemsSkills in Project Management and team collaborationStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skillsProficiency in relevant BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCADProven experience in managing and coordinating complex construction or design projectsDegree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is highly preferred
