Role DescriptionThe Venture Studio Manager will lead the creation, validation, and launch of new ventures within Arweqah’s startup studio. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across market validation, product development, financial modeling, and early-stage operations. You will operate as a core member of each venture’s founding team, ensuring the idea progresses into a viable and fundable startup.Key Responsibilities·      Lead the end-to-end venture-building process from idea validation to MVP launch.·      Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to validate opportunities.·      Develop business models, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.·      Work closely with product, tech, and design teams to shape and deliver MVPs.·      Prepare financial models, investor decks, and funding materials.·      Engage with investors, incubators, accelerators, and government programs.·      Build early partnerships, pilots, or client relationships to demonstrate traction.·      Oversee venture operations and track progress against KPIs.·      Provide regular updates on venture milestones, risks, and strategic recommendations.·      Support venture handover, team formation, or spin-off once funding is secured.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in venture building, startups, innovation labs, strategy consulting, VC, or product roles.Strong experience in lean startup, agile execution, and early-stage venture development.Proven ability to prepare investor-ready presentations, financial projections, and business plans.Strong understanding of the Saudi startup ecosystem, innovation programs, and funding landscape.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments with high ownership.
