Motion Graphic Designer (Motion Graphics + Video Editing + Graphic Design)At Midwam, we are building a specialized content-production team that brings stories, worlds, and interactive experiences to life. We are looking for a Motion Designer who excels in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design. This role works side-by-side with our 3D and CGI teams to produce polished visuals for screens, apps, activations, and cinematic sequences. Key Responsibility  Motion GraphicsConceptualize, design, and animate engaging motion graphics for events, digital experiences, and screen content.Animate vector-based graphics and illustrations created in Adobe Illustrator.Create projection-ready and multi-resolution content.Collaborate with 3D and CGI teams to integrate motion graphics into final visuals.Video EditingEdit and montage videos for campaigns, events, and promotional content.Apply color grading, sound design, and effects to enhance storytelling.Organize and manage media assets for efficient workflows.Graphic DesignDevelop creative visual concepts for immersive experiences and digital platforms.Design UX/UI visual assets for interactive applications on screens and mobile devices, following usability standards for each medium.Adapt brand identity across static, motion, and interactive deliverables. RequirementsMotion GraphicsProficiency in Adobe After Effects and animation tools.Strong understanding of animation principles and visual rhythm.Experience animating Illustrator-based vector artwork.Video EditingExpertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.Strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and visual impact.Knowledge of sound editing, color correction, and basic VFX.Graphic DesignStrong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.Experience in UX/UI asset creation across multiple device types.Portfolio demonstrates creativity, clean layouts, and brand translation.If you are a multidisciplinary creative who thrives in fast-paced, storytelling-driven environments and wants to contribute to world-class immersive experiences, we would like to meet you.
