A multidisciplinary team handles the full chain from concept and engineering to production and installation, with a clear focus on buildability, precision, and disciplined project delivery.Role DescriptionAs BIM Coordinator –Architectural Façades, you will own the setup, coordination, and day-to-day management of BIM models for GRC/GRG/UHPC façades and selected interior packages.You will sit between design, engineering, production, and site teams – making sure models are accurate, coordinated, clash-free, and directly usable for shop drawings, mould design, and installation. This is a technical coordination role, not a pure drafting position; you are expected to challenge non-buildable details and push for practical, buildable solutions.Key Responsibilities:Set up, develop, and manage façade-focused BIM models (mainly Revit) with clear worksets, naming conventions, parameters, and LOD.  Create and maintain families for panels, brackets, embeds, fixings, and related elements to reflect real fabrication constraints and keep models healthy and efficient.Lead coordination of GRC/GRG/UHPC façades with structure, architecture, and MEP; run clash detection (Navisworks), manage clash sets, and drive resolution with engineers and site teams.Produce shop drawings, setting-out drawings, schedules, and quantities directly from the BIM model, supporting mould design, production, and installation workflowsWork within a CDE (e.g. BIM 360 / ACC) to manage versions, approvals, and document sharing across disciplines.Implement and enforce BIM standards, BEP requirements, and internal QA checks on models and drawings; help improve BIM templates, libraries, and standard façade details.Coordinate closely with design, engineering, planning, and site teams; guide BIM modellers/drafters; and support non-BIM users with model access and understanding.Participate in coordination meetings with contractors/consultants and report BIM status, key clashes, and major coordination issues in a clear, structured way.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience in a BIM-focused role (BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Modeller).Proven experience on façade / cladding projects (GRC, GRG, UHPC, curtain wall, or similar).Experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC projects is an advantage.Strong spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.Key Skills and CompetenciesSolid understanding of façade build-ups, brackets, fixings, tolerances, and typical site constraints.Strong coordination skills across architecture, structure, and MEP, with a practical, buildability-first mindset.High attention to detail – does not tolerate messy, uncoordinated models or drawings.Clear, direct communication – able to flag non-buildable or risky details and propose simpler, practical alternatives.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without letting model quality slip.Software SkillsRequiredAutodesk Revit – strong, hands-on level; minimum 3 years of project experience on façade/cladding or similar complex envelopes.Navisworks Manage – clash detection, viewpoints, and clash reporting.AutoCAD – for 2D detailing, legacy drawings, and coordination with non-BIM stakeholders.Practical experience with at least one CDE platform (e.g. BIM 360 / ACC or similar) for model and document management.Nice to HaveDynamo – for automation of repetitive BIM tasks (parameters, sheet creation, renaming, etc.).Rhino / Grasshopper or similar tools for complex geometry and non-repetitive façades.Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 (or equivalent) and structured naming conventions.What We OfferOpportunity to work on landmark façade projects in Saudi Arabia using GRC, GRG, and UHPC.Close exposure to the full lifecycle: design, engineering, production, and site installation. A technically driven environment where buildability and precision are valued.Competitive salary and standard benefits (health insurance, annual leave, etc.).Room to grow into senior BIM or technical coordination roles as the company scales its project portfolio.
