Role Description We are seeking a full-time Booking Agent to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Bodrum, with flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. Responsibilities include communicating with clients to manage and confirm booking requests, utilizing booking systems to organize and process reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales inquiries. The role will also involve negotiating contracts and ensuring a seamless booking experience for clients. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersProficiency in Booking Systems and the ability to manage and organize reservationsSales and Negotiation skills to secure bookings and handle client inquiriesAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a hybrid work environmentA friendly and professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with tourism or hospitality industries is a plus
