Known for its artistry in fragrance, skincare, and cosmetics, the maison offers an immersive luxury retail experience where storytelling and service are at the heart of every interaction.As Boutique Manager, you will be the face of the maison — leading the team to deliver sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s heritage and luxury values.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Performance: Drive boutique sales and consistently deliver on KPIs such as conversion, average basket size, and loyalty engagement.Customer Experience: Build long-term client relationships, manage VIPs, and ensure all clients receive a personalised and memorable luxury experience.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a boutique team, fostering talent development and creating a high-performance culture.Operations & Merchandising: Oversee boutique operations including rostering, inventory, reporting, and visual merchandising in line with maison standards.Events & Launches: Plan and execute boutique events, product activations, and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.What We’re Looking ForProven retail leadership experience in luxury beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving boutique performance.Skilled in coaching and developing teams to success.Deep understanding of clienteling and luxury service standards.Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to connect effectively with Chinese clientele.Adaptable, resourceful, and motivated by delivering excellence in both commercial results and client experience.Why Join?This is an opportunity to represent one of the world’s most prestigious luxury beauty maisons, leading its presence in Singapore’s key retail destination.
