KEYAREAOFRESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDEBUTARENOTLIMITEDTOTHEFOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: Brand Strategy Development: Contribute to the formulation of Pharma brand strategies that alignwiththecompany'svision,mission,andtargetmarket.Thisinvolvesconductingmarketresearch, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for brand improvement.BrandIdentityManagement:Overseethedevelopmentandmaintenanceofthebrand'svisualidentity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across all Pharma channels and marketing materials.Marketing Campaigns and Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's key messages and unique selling propositions.Supervisetheproductionofmarketingcollateral,suchasbrochures,flyers,digitalads, and social media content.EventManagement:Plan,coordinate,andexecutebrand-relatedevents,suchasproductlaunches, trade shows, and promotional activities. Ensure that these events align with the brand's positioning and objectives.ConsumerInsights:Stayinformedaboutconsumertrends,preferences,and feedbackrelatedtothe brandanditsproducts/services.Usethisinformationtomakedata-drivendecisionsandadaptbrand strategies accordingly.BudgetManagement:Assistindevelopingandmanagingthebrandmarketingbudget,ensuringcost- effectiveness and maximizing ROI for brand-related activities. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Basic Medical Sciences. MinimumExperience: (typically1-2years)inbrandmanagement,marketing,orarelated role. JobSpecificSkills: BrandStrategy development, Marketing Communication, Brand activation, Visibility drives, Market research, Market Analysis, performance tracking andexecution of brand strategies to establish a strong brand identity and achieve organizational objectives. Ability to monitor and maintain brand consistency across various marketing channels and communication materials. COMPETENCIES: Working understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and identity development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
