Our tailored services enable clients to invest or purchase seamlessly, whether opting for personal use or rental investment.Location: Dubai, Business BayAbout the Role:Palladium Group is looking for a Brand Manager with a strong sense of style, creativity, and strategic thinking — ideally with experience in the real estate or development industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the brand identity of the company and its real estate projects, from concept to execution. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure that each project has a clear, consistent, and distinctive image on the market.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain the company’s and projects’ brand identity (logo, color palette, visual language, brand book, sales materials) • Define each project’s visual and emotional identity, target audience, and communication tone • Create naming concepts, visual strategies, and marketing campaigns for new developments • Ensure all communication and visuals align with the company’s brand guidelines and values • Prepare brand campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials for investors, clients, and partners • Manage and enhance the company’s presence on social media, including PR and influencer collaborations • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing specialists • Serve as a communication link between the development, marketing, and sales departmentsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field• Proven experience in real estate branding and marketing (mandatory)• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, analytics, and digital tools• Experience with marketing analytics platforms and CRM systems• Knowledge of the UAE property market (e.g. DAMAC, EMAAR, SOBHA) is an advantage• Excellent eye for design, composition, and aesthetics• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Exceptional attention to detail and creative taste• Professional communication, diplomacy, and emotional balance under pressure• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal). Additional languages are an advantage
