Job OverviewThe Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves utilizing various digital channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising, to reach and engage target audiences. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about digital marketing, with a strong understanding of best practices in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, etc.).Develop campaign strategies that align with business goals, ensuring optimal performance in lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.Continuously monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics to improve results and achieve KPIs.SEO & SEM StrategyImplement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to ensure website optimization.Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.Social Media MarketingManage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), developing content and engagement strategies.Create and schedule regular social media posts that align with the brand’s voice and resonate with target audiences.Monitor social media performance, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategies to enhance reach and community engagement.Content Marketing & StrategyDevelop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, landing pages, videos, and infographics, to attract and engage potential customers.Work closely with content creators to ensure that all digital content is optimized for SEO and aligned with the brand’s messaging.Analyze the performance of content campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.Email Marketing & AutomationDesign, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote offers, and drive conversions.Segment email lists based on customer behaviors and demographics to deliver targeted messages.Use email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline campaigns and improve engagement rates.Analytics & ReportingUse web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance.Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, providing insights to improve future campaigns.Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing campaign results, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and product launches.Collaborate with designers and content teams to create visually compelling and effective marketing materials.Communicate digital marketing strategies and performance results to stakeholders across the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and social media management.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and KPIs.Preferred SkillsExperience with A/B testing and optimization strategies for paid campaigns.Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and website editing.Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.Ability to think creatively and outside the box to drive innovation in digital marketing campaigns.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Increased website traffic, leads, and conversions from digital marketing efforts.Growth in social media engagement, followers, and brand visibility.Improvement in SEO rankings and organic search traffic.Positive ROI on digital campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising.
