Operating across Deliveroo, Talabat, InstaShop, Careem, NowNow, and our own e-commerce platform, we combine creativity, emotion, and data-driven performance to make every moment beautiful.We’re looking for a Full-Stack Marketing Executive a creative, hands-on professional who can plan, design, shoot, publish, and analyze campaigns across all digital platforms.Role OverviewThis is a 360° marketing role. You will manage the entire marketing department, handling both the creative and technical sides of digital marketing from Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, to content creation, photoshoots, video production, and influencer partnerships.Your mission: drive high-quality WhatsApp and website conversions, grow brand awareness, and position Aiwa Flowers as the top floral brand in the UAE.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management & Paid AdvertisingPlan, build, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok ad campaigns for WhatsApp conversions, engagement, and awareness.Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns for event and gifting audiences across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization to improve CPR, CTR, and ROAS.Set up and maintain tracking systems (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM links).Prepare weekly performance reports and recommend actions for improvement.2. Content Creation & Visual ProductionPlan and execute professional photoshoots and video shoots for products, decorations, and events (using camera or mobile setup).Handle basic photo and video editing using Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or Adobe tools.Design ad creatives, social media posts, story visuals, and overlay texts aligned with brand guidelines.Manage short-form video production (TikTok, Reels, Stories) from scripting to shooting and editing.Ensure all content is optimized for each platform format (vertical for TikTok/Reels, square for feed, landscape for YouTube).3. Influencer & Collaboration ManagementIdentify and collaborate with influencers and content creators in UAE lifestyle, gifting, and event niches.Manage contracts, content briefs, timelines, and ROI tracking for influencer campaigns.Build collaborations with event planners, décor companies, hotels, and lifestyle pages.4. Social Media & Brand ManagementManage Aiwa Flowers’ Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat pages.Develop creative campaign concepts around major occasions (Eid, Ramadan, Valentine’s, National Day, Mother’s Day, etc.).Write Arabic and English captions and hashtags that increase reach and engagement.Maintain a monthly content calendar across all digital channels.Ensure a premium, warm, and festive tone of voice consistent with Aiwa’s brand identity.5. Analytics & GrowthMonitor Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok Ads Manager to measure results.Track lead quality, conversions, and audience behavior from all traffic sources.Analyze data to recommend creative and targeting improvements.Manage marketing budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.6. Marketing Operations & CoordinationHandle email marketing and automation (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).Coordinate promotional campaigns with partners such as Talabat, Deliveroo, InstaShop, and Careem.Maintain a structured archive of marketing assets, creatives, and performance reports.Technical & Creative SkillsRequired:Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads (strategy, setup, optimization, reporting).Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, and basic Adobe tools (Photoshop/Premiere).Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Tag Manager.Confident in content creation, photography, and videography (smartphone or DSLR).Knowledge of SEO/SEM, UTM tracking, and remarketing campaigns.Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API / WATI lead tracking.Preferred:Arabic content writing or captioning ability.Prior experience in e-commerce, events, or gifting industries.Awareness of current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.Collaboration & ReportingReports directly to the Founder/Managing Director.Works alongside operations, sales, and design teams.Coordinates with platform accounts managers (Meta, Google, TikTok, Deliveroo, Talabat, InstaShop).Personality & Soft SkillsFull-stack mindset both creative and analytical.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Self-driven and comfortable managing multiple campaigns independently.Creative eye for aesthetics, colors, and composition.Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencer and partner relations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.Proven track record of managing successful performance and creative campaigns in the UAE.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Full creative control to manage all aspects of marketing operations.Dynamic, growth-focused environment with room to evolve into a Marketing Manager role.Exposure to a complete marketing ecosystem ads, design, production, and partnerships.
