Role Summary : We’re looking for a creative and culturally aware Brand Partnership Lead (Activation & Collaborations) to lead brand experiences and partnerships across the Honasa portfolio. The role is built for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life — from designing high-impact activations to building cross-brand and strategic collaborations that drive relevance, visibility, and consumer love. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity, relationships, and execution — shaping how our brands show up in culture and connect with consumers beyond advertising.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Activations & Experiences• Conceptualize and execute on-ground, digital, and experiential activations across Honasa brands.• Translate brand purpose and campaigns into memorable experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and earned buzz.• Identify and leverage cultural moments, events, and festivals for impactful brand presence.• Manage creative ideation, vendor partnerships, execution, and on-ground storytelling end-to-end.2. Cross-Brand & Strategic Partnerships• Identify and forge cross-brand collaborations that create shared value — from co-created products and campaigns to pop-up experiences and content integrations.• Build long-term partnerships with brands, creators, media platforms, and cultural communities that align with Honasa’s ethos.• Lead negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements that deliver mutual brand and business benefits.• Work with internal marketing and communications teams to amplify these collaborations across earned, owned, and paid channels.3. Community & Cultural Relevance• Keep a close eye on emerging trends, social conversations, and brand opportunities within pop culture.• Partner with the influencer and PR teams to activate moments that position Honasa brands at the heart of cultural conversations.• Support the creation of communities and partnerships that deepen brand-consumer engagement over time.4. Project & Stakeholder Management• Collaborate with brand, creative, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of all initiatives.• Manage timelines, budgets, and post-activation reporting across multiple simultaneous projects.• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, collaborators, and event partners to drive execution excellence.Key Requirements• 5+ years of experience in brand activations, partnerships, or experiential marketing.• Proven track record in managing cross-brand or cultural collaborations.• Strong creative sensibility, presentation, and communication skills.• Confident, articulate, and presentable — able to represent the brand in external partnerships.• Excellent project management, negotiation, and multitasking skills.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders.Who We’re Looking ForA right-brained, relationship-driven storyteller who can blend creativity with structured execution.Someone who sees the cultural big picture, loves collaboration, and can turn every brand moment into a memorable consumer experience.
