We are hiring for one of our leading client.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative organization embarking on the next phase of its growth. In this role, you will be responsible for various marketing campaigns and activities for increasing brand awareness and generating MQLs and SQLs for demand generation.Key Responsibilities:Work with a small team of marketeers specializing in specific marketing skills to meet demand generation objectives. Paid digital marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, others) should be a key skill and an area of expertise.Run email, paid digital, and other marketing campaigns as per identified ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target segments to generate MQLs and SQLs. This includes paid digital (LinkedIn and Google Ads), email, content syndication, and third-party campaigns and Webinars and Physical events.Develop a good understanding of our ICPs and target segments to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals.Collaborate closely with the business development and sales team to continuously optimize marketing messaging and campaigns, and ensure a seamless handover of MQLs.Maintain marketing and sales dashboards in the CRM system to provide a full-funnel view from MQL to Closed Won stages.Work with agencies/external partners to identify new sources to augment demand generation and drive increased creation of Top Funnel (ToFU) for business growth.Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. At least six (6) years of professional experience of working with B2B SaaS organizations, especially enterprise software, scaled SaaS or AI platform vendors.Significant experience in paid digital marketing/performance marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead/demand generation targets.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a broader team.Familiarity with Hubspot and other tools to manage leads and track progress.Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives and be part of an innovative organization.Collaborative, fast-paced work environment.Competitive salary and benefits, and lucrative incentives.Growth and learning opportunities.
