Job Description

Job Brief:Gigabyte Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Executive - HR & Admin to join our growing team. As a Senior Executive, you will support various aspects of the HR function, including Payroll Management, Compliance & Operations Management, and Administration management.Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll & Compliance: • Manage monthly payroll processing for on-roll and off-roll employees. • Validate attendance, leave data, and deductions before payroll finalization. • Ensure timely deposit and filing of statutory contributions – PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS. • Maintain payroll-related MIS and ensure audit readiness. • Coordinate with finance for disbursement and reconciliation of salaries. • Handle employee income tax declarations, Form 16 issuance, and payroll queries. 2. HR Operations: • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities. • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRMS data. • Assist in recruitment coordination and background verification. • Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, experience, etc.). • Support in policy implementation and employee communication. • Monitor attendance and leave management system across all locations. 3. Administration: • Oversee office and facility management including housekeeping, security, and maintenance. • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, travel, courier, and other administrative services. • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees. • Ensure AMC renewals for office equipment and utilities. • Handle logistics and asset management for all company locations. • Support in organizing company events, annual meetings, and employee engagement activities. 4. Statutory & Compliance: • Maintain statutory registers and records as per labour laws. • Liaise with government authorities for labour law compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.). • Assist during internal/external audits and compliance inspections.Qualifications & Skills:Education: • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or related field. Diploma in Labour Law preferred. • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Administration. • Industry Exposure: IT / Manufacturing / Consulting / BPO preferred. Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance. • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple office functions. • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity.
