We focus on international markets, including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, providing top-tier software solutions to businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Product AnalysisØ  Analyze product usage data to identify trends, pain points, and feature adoption patterns.Ø Collaborate with product managers to define and monitor KPIs for new feature launches and core functionality.Ø Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new product ideas or business initiatives.Reporting & Data InterpretationØ Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or SQL-based platforms.Ø Track SaaS metrics such as MRR, churn rate, CAC, LTV, ARPU, activation rate, and trial-to-paid conversion.Ø Conduct cohort and funnel analysis to improve retention and user journey performance.Cross-functional CollaborationØ Work with the marketing team to analyze campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition strategies.Ø Support the sales and support teams with CRM insights, lead analysis, and customer feedback loops.Ø Assist the finance and operations team with budgeting inputs and forecasting models based on product and usage data.Process OptimizationØ Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose scalable solutions.Ø Design and document workflows that enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.Stakeholder CommunicationØ Present findings and recommendations to leadership in clear, actionable formats.Ø Translate technical data into business language for non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceØ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Ø 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment.SkillsØ Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ø Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ø Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or SaaS architecture is a plus.Ø Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, HubSpot, or Mixpanel is an advantage.What We OfferØ Opportunity to work on a global SaaS product with high growth potential.Ø Direct mentorship from founders and senior leadership.Ø Flexible work hours and location.Ø Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Ø Dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative startup culture.How to ApplySend your resume and a brief cover letter to vacancy@yoddhalab.com with the subject line:Application – Business Analyst for SAAS Product
