The Hospitality Research Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, conducting research in hospitality management, mentoring students, and evaluating their academic performance. The lecturer will also participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum.QualificationsStrong background in Hospitality Management and Research skillsExperience in developing and delivering lectures and course materialsExcellent mentoring, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to evaluate academic performance and provide constructive feedbackMaster's degree or higher in Hospitality Management or a related fieldPrevious teaching experience is a plusProficiency in using educational technology and toolsStrong organizational and time management skills
