They are seeking an experienced Payments Business Analyst to define requirements and support delivery across this programme. The role involves acting as the link between business and technology teams, shaping end-to-end payment journeys and ensuring the platform supports all required payment types.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse and document business requirements for a new payments platformWork with Product, Payments Operations, Technology and SMEsSupport the design and mapping of end-to-end payment flows and processesFacilitate workshops (some onsite attendance required) to validate requirements and solutionsEnsure requirements meet regulatory, operational and business needsContribute to UAT planning, readiness and supportProvide subject matter expertise across payments and financial servicesRequired ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst within PaymentsBackground in payments transformation or platform delivery in Financial ServicesStrong understanding of payment schemes and standards (Faster Payments, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT)Ability to produce clear requirements documentation and process mapsExcellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, large-scale change environmentsWhy Work With This ClientHigh-profile payments transformation programmeRespected UK bank with a strong change portfolioCompetitive Outside IR35 rateFlexible remote-first workingApply now via Haystack.
