About the RoleA leading financial services client of ours in Sheffield is seeking a junior-level Technical Business Analyst to support ongoing CRM system projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early BA experience who is looking to build their technical and communication skills within a highly professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for CRM-related initiativesSupport enhancements and continuous improvement of CRM systemsWork closely with technology teams, product owners, and business stakeholdersProduce clear documentation, reports, and communication materialsAssist with user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and process mappingCoordinate with multiple stakeholder levels, managing expectations and timelinesAbout You6–12 months of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleStrong technical aptitude and willingness to deepen technical understandingExposure to CRM platforms (any CRM considered)Confident communicator, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks across different workstreamsSelf-starter with a proactive mindsetWhat’s on OfferChance to work within a recognised financial organisationA supportive environment ideal for early-career developmentOpportunity to contribute to meaningful CRM and technology transformation projectsIf you are looking to take the next step in your BA career and are available to start in December, please get in touch to discuss the role further.
