About The CompanyFox Television Stations is a prominent broadcaster owning and operating 29 full-power television stations across the United States. Our stations are strategically located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas (DMAs), including duopolies in 11 DMAs, notably in the three largest markets: New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. A significant portion of our stations, totaling 18, are affiliated with the FOX Network. Our core operations involve distributing a diverse array of sports, entertainment, and syndicated content, complemented by the production of approximately 1,200 hours of local news weekly. These stations leverage viewer engagement, distributor partnerships, and advertiser demand to support the FOX Network’s national content offerings, ensuring a broad and impactful reach across various audiences.About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Digital Strategy & Product team in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time position plays a critical role in managing, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics across our FAST (Free Ad‑Supported Streaming TV) channels and digital platforms, including Connected TV (CTV), mobile, and web. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Digital Strategy, Product, and Data Platforms—to deliver actionable insights that inform content acquisition, programming, and product development strategies. Reporting directly to the VP of Digital Strategy & Business Development, the Business Intelligence Analyst will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making processes, optimizing platform performance, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance viewer engagement and revenue growth.QualificationsProficiency in SQL for data manipulation and large dataset navigation, preferably within a cloud environment like SnowflakeStrong experience with data visualization tools such as TableauHands-on experience with Python, R, or similar scripting languages for data transformation, automation, and workflow optimizationSolid understanding of statistical methods including regression analysis, forecasting, and experimental frameworksExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights for diverse audiencesExperience in interpreting viewership metrics, audience demographics, and engagement dataAbility to develop and maintain dashboards and reports for non-technical stakeholdersExperience managing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and resolving anomaliesStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, curious approach to uncovering performance driversKnowledge of the FAST/CTV ecosystem and related performance metricsResponsibilitiesManage and report on digital platform metrics, including analysis and interpretation of viewership and engagement data to inform content and programming decisionsCreate and maintain real-time dashboards and reports tailored for various teams such as programming, marketing, and ad salesCollaborate cross-functionally with content, product, ad sales, and engineering teams to meet data needs and embed insights into workflowsPresent findings and strategic recommendations to leadership, including C-suite executives, to support business initiativesLead the execution of data strategies for FAST channels, identifying trends and presenting insights to optimize performanceOversee the end-to-end weekly data pipeline, including data extraction, transformation, and loading processesDevelop and run Python scripts to standardize data from multiple partner platforms for ingestion into the data warehouseDefine research plans, develop hypotheses, and collaborate with leadership to address key business challengesServe as the primary contact for all FAST data inquiries and ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholdersConduct regular data quality checks, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with Data Platforms to enhance pipeline logicMaintain and update mapping tables to ensure consistent channel naming and structure across platformsPerform market research on emerging trends and technologies, providing strategic recommendations to inform product developmentBenefitsCompetitive salary range of $90,000–$110,000 annually, depending on location and experienceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) retirement plan with company matchingPaid time off and holiday leaveOpportunities for professional development and career advancementInclusive and collaborative work environmentAdditional benefits in accordance with applicable plan documentsEqual OpportunityFox Television Stations is an equal opportunity employer.
