Business Analyst

Responsibilities:Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:Collaborating with technical teamsCommunicating customer needs and strategies to the Architecture teamHelping to identify solutions within PanaCIM that meet the customer’s needs while also fitting into the overall product strategyConsulting with Development teams, advising and answering questions as they build and refine a solutionCollaboration with business teamsWorking closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner to design solutionsCollaborating and sharing best practices Articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and othersAttending interdepartmental meetings as needed to provide insight on process improvement and opportunities for increased efficiencyRequirements:100% Product focused, passionate about designing a quality product that meets both business and technical needsAn enthusiastic self-starter who learns quickly and proactively approaches tasks and assignments with a focus on problem-solving and data analysisAn excellent communicator (written and oral), who can effectively present complex information in a clear and understandable fashionPersuasive, able to establish rapport, quickly build trust and gain buy-in internally and externallyAnd have:A solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SLDC)Experience with requirements elicitation through interviewsUnderstanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and KanBanAbility to effectively prepare and maintain the following documents/tools:Functional and Non-Functional Requirement DefinitionUse Cases User StoriesBusiness Processes, including an understanding of BPMN Process Flow AnalysisProduct Architecture and Design Best PracticesThe ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and competing priorities at any given pointExperience working on projects of various sizes and scopes, as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business Outstanding interpersonal skills, with emphasis on customer focus, teamwork, and relationship-buildingA proven track record of understanding and negotiating the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders (internal/external) to achieve desired resultsExperience with process engineering and system design is an assetBenefitsSuccessful candidates will be offered:Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam is one of the leading R&D Centers with professional and friendly global working environment.
