Job SummaryResponsible to assist Senior Business Development Manager to source potential land deals, evaluate the feasibility of the potential land deals, and prepare recommendation for management’s approval.Key Responsibilities• Assist Senior Business Development Manager to source for real estate or land investmentdeals in the markets.• Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of interested projects.• Prepare approval papers for investment approvals.• Regularly conduct competitors and catchment research.• Plan and implement real estate market research, manage market intelligence in real estate market.• Develop good relationships with private companies or government bodies for developingpotential investment opportunity and negotiate with them, if necessary.• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environmentrelated to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.• Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.- Degree in Real Estate, Finance-related.- Minimum 5 years working experience as Business Development/ Investment for real estate developer company- A highly numerate, strategic thinker and working knowledge of financial tools.- Highly self-motivated and self-driven attitude.- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.- Analytical, meticulous and detail oriented- Ability to work well independently under great pressure and adaptability to quick changes.- Excellence in English communication & presentation
