Key Responsibilities: • Business Analysis of users and applications to support SASE & Cyber Uplift program. • Excellent communication skills to engage university stakeholders; prepare use cases and user readiness materials. • Strong Stakeholder Engagement with technical teams to scope and track project components. • Support work packages, Steering & Working Committee documentation. • Assist in Change Management documentation for end users.Mandatory Skill: • Proven IT Project experience in a complex tertiary environment.Tools / Technology: • Strong in Word, PowerPoint, Visio
