Join us on our mission to redefine wealth management and help shape the future of financial services!The RoleAs a result of the growth our business is experiencing nationally, we are seeking a Training & Relationship Manager.This role will work closely with our New Business Manager’s to serve a diverse group of clients and drive new business for Praemium across our market-leading suite of Custody and Non-Custody solutions.With a dedicated focus on the seamless onboarding of new clients through tailored training and ongoing support, the Training & Relationship Manager role is critical to our delivery of service excellence and establishing true advocates for our platform. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct tailored training programs for new clients.Manage and coordinate transitions for clients onboarding new business.Support strategic planning.Maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams through proactive and responsive value-add support.Support client business growth initiatives.CRM Management.Project Management.Desired Qualifications, Experience and CompetenciesTertiary degree in a business-related subject or RG146 certification.3+ years in Relationship Management or Client Experience (SaaS preferred).Experience within the investment platform technology industry is desirable.Previous experience working with, or aligned to, HNW/Private Wealth advisers.Ability to deliver proactive client support.Self-motivated with strong time management, project management and organisational skills.
