As a Business Card and Merchant Specialist you will:Manage the customer phone line, email, and Service Now Dashboard.Support customers with conducting product analysis and providing merchant product services tailored to our customers’ needs.Manage risk compliance, documentation and fraud investigations.Assess applications, complete contracts, and check compliance (including PCI and credit checks).Create Business Credit cards and load the cards into the system.Handle maintenance request for both Business Cards and MerchantsDeliver daily updates to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams on status, approvals, and request timelines.Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement projects.This is a one-year fixed term contract opportunity.This is us.
