Together with our 500 colleagues in 14 countries, we strive for a future with no waste.We are seeking a Business Controller to join our Evac Business Line team in Espoo, Finland, where you will play a central role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with global functional leaders to ensure accurate reporting and insightful analysis across all business operationsKey ResponsibilitiesCheck, challenge and ensure accurate reporting across all Business Line entities for order intake, sales flash, gross margin, overhead costs, other Income Statement and Balance Sheet items.Maintain and develop the management reportingCoordinate of the monthly reporting process (ACT & FRC) for Evac BL in Tagetik across all entities: Sales, GM, EBITDA, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Overheads, IC margin inputsResponsibility to maintain and develop the management reporting (i.e. Sales & OI flash report, PL summary actuals, Scorecard financials, takes part in Evac BL Monthly result reporting, etc.)Responsible for personnel & non-personnel overheads reporting and tracking (ACT, FRC, BUDGET), non-personnel reporting responsibility shared with other Business ControllersEnsure correct FRC and BUDGET inputs into Tagetik based on entities and business finance planning; take care of BL total view alignmentBusiness partner for Global functional leads such as Marketing, ICT, HR, Legal and Finance with analysis and calculations; challenge and guide with data insightsTogether with team, responsible for clear tracking of “Other GM” including Warranty, task force provisions, sales freights, commissions etc.HC and personnel cost budgeting together with HRTo succeed in this position, we are looking for someone with:Minimum 1-3 years of prior finance/controlling experience.Knowledge of the consolidation process and toolsAnalytical, systematic and solution-orientated mindsetGood collaboration & business partnering mindset with can-do attitudeExcellent written and spoken English skills, other languages are an assetUnderstanding of balance sheet and cash flow is considered an advantageGood Excel skillsQualifications RequiredDegree e.g. from the field of finance, engineering, industrial management or accounting.The role will be based in Espoo, Finland, in a hybrid setting and will report to Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for Evac BL.
