As a BDC Representative, you’ll engage new and existing customers, drive high-quality appointments, and play a key role in fueling our dealership’s sales pipeline through outstanding communication and follow-through.Benefits and CompensationCompetitive payPerformance-based bonusesSupportive team environmentTraining provided for the right candidateOpportunities for growth within the dealershipWhat you’ll doLead engagement & outreach: Make outbound calls to fresh leads, internet inquiries, and past customers; conduct cold calls to create new opportunities and spark buyer interest.Follow-up & customer communication: Maintain consistent outreach via phone, SMS, and email to nurture leads and keep prospects engaged.Appointment setting: Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth lead handoff.CRM accuracy: Record detailed notes, updates, and outcomes in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and visibility.Customer experience: Provide friendly, professional service that reflect the client's commitment to transparency and exceptional customer care.Performance accountability: Meet daily and weekly activity targets, including calls, follow-ups, and appointments set.What you’ll bringExperience in BDC, customer service, call center, or sales preferredConfidence and comfort in making a high volume of outbound callsStrong communication skills with the ability to build quick rapportOrganized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlyFamiliarity with CRM systems (automotive CRM experience is a plus)Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learnNote: This job is for talent pipelining purposes for roles anticipated to open in January.
