Our technology serves clients such as government agencies, armed forces, security contractors, and critical infrastructure operators worldwide.We are entering a significant growth phase and are seeking a commercially astute professional with an established network in the defense, homeland security, and government technology sectors to help drive our international business expansion.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across international defense and government markets, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base within the surveillance and security domain.This role demands a proactive, confident networker who can navigate trade exhibitions, engage senior decision-makers, and drive sales through both relationship management and cold outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with government agencies, defense organizations, system integrators, and distributors.- Conduct direct outreach and cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, defense expos, and industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders and prospects.- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value contracts in line with company targets.- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and management teams.Market Intelligence & Strategy- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities in defense, maritime, and public safety sectors.- Monitor competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends to inform business strategy.- Support pricing and go-to-market planning for new products and regions.Partnership & Network Development- Build and maintain a strong international network of agents, distributors, and partners.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contract delivery.- Maintain active relationships with defense procurement bodies and government representatives.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related field.- 5+ years of commercial or business development experience in defense, security, or surveillance technology sectors.- Proven track record of selling to government and military clients or working within the defense procurement ecosystem.- Strong existing network within defense, homeland security, or industrial surveillance markets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-starter with the confidence to engage new clients, attend exhibitions, and perform cold outreach.- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.- Fluency in English (Turkish language is an advantage).Why Join Us- Be part of a pioneering company developing advanced long-range surveillance technology with real-world impact.- Work in a fast-growing international environment with autonomy and influence over commercial strategy.- Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
