About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Lawyer with 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law. The selected candidate will actively support our growing legal team and work on both domestic and cross-border legal matters. Key Responsibilities• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions • Support cross-border transactions and international client projects • Monitor legislative changes and assess legal risks • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients/business partners • Assist in compliance and documentation processes Requirements• Licensed to practice law in Turkey • 3–5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law (law firm or in-house) • Fluent English (both written and spoken) • Strong understanding of Turkish corporate and contract law • Excellent analytical and drafting skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a multinational environment Preferred Qualifications• Experience in international or cross-border legal matters • Knowledge of data protection, labor law, or compliance is an advantage • Experience working with foreign clients is a plus Why Join Us?• Opportunity to work with international clients • Young, dynamic, and collaborative work environment • Exposure to cross-border transactions • Career growth and professional development • Competitive salary and benefits package
