This role is critical in managing corporate risk, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations, and providing strategic legal guidance to business units.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare legal opinions, research reports, and briefing notes on matters concerning the company; monitor legislative changes and provide regular updates.Manage and monitor processes required to ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while coordinating with internal departments.Oversee compliance, ethics, and audit processes; ensure the up-to-date implementation of the company’s Code of Ethics and Compliance Policies.Define and implement actions to ensure corporate compliance with KVKK and GDPR.Provide legal guidance on KVKK requirements for internal projects involving personal data; manage and respond to data subject requests.Evaluate and resolve personal data–related complaints, requests, and recommendations.Monitor the Commercial Electronic Communication processes to ensure regulatory compliance; handle related complaints and requests.Assess competition law–related inquiries and provide necessary guidance.Review reports submitted through the Ethics Hotline, ensure timely action, and maintain documentation.Manage brand protection and fraud cases; take necessary legal actions in case of violations; oversee new trademark registration processes.Track and coordinate trademark, design, and domain name applications and renewals.Provide legal consultancy regarding copyrights, music publishing, book printing, and similar areas.Attend meetings on legal matters concerning the company, prepare presentations, and inform relevant internal stakeholders.Evaluate reporting requests from departments; prepare and update periodic reports for senior management, branches, and offices.Collaborate with internal and external legal teams; ensure proper use of related systems within the company and contribute to their development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of core legal and compliance topics.Advanced command of English.Strong skills in information gathering, analysis, verification, and consolidation.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Strong interpersonal communication, high representation skills, and a professional corporate presence.Analytical thinker with the ability to manage processes systematically.
