Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Colombo. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves creating innovative approaches to expand the company’s client base, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead GenerationStrong background in Business and Account ManagementExcellent Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesStrategic and analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilitiesPrior experience in the security or electronics industry is advantageousA bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software
