Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive/Associate Manager in Deposit Mobilization, located in Colombo. The role involves strategizing and executing deposit mobilization activities, building strong relationships with individual and corporate depositors, and achieving set deposit targets. The professional will also be responsible for coordinating with branch networks, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for expanding the company's deposit portfolio. Qualifications Proven skills in deposit mobilization, customer relationship management, and business developmentStrong marketing, communication, and negotiation abilitiesAbility to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities effectivelyExperience in financial services or banking will be an advantageA goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targetsProficiency in using relevant business and sales toolsA minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in deposit mobilization roles would be beneficial
