Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive, based in Colombo. The responsibilities include performing receptionist duties, welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The role requires addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a high standard of hospitality. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and colleaguesProficiency in Receptionist Duties and Front Office tasks, including managing check-ins and check-outsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experienceAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitaskPrevious experience in a hotel or hospitality-related role is an advantageProficiency in standard office software and front office management systems is a plus
