WE ARE HIRING!Tour ExecutiveRole Overview:The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning and managing inbound tours, developing tailor-made itineraries, coordinating guided experiences, and ensuring smooth tour operations from start to finish.Key Responsibilities: • Design and manage bespoke itineraries for FIT programs. • Handle end-to-end tour operations with precision and a focus on the client. • Liaise with overseas partners and local suppliers to ensure a seamless experience. • Provide destination expertise on Sri Lanka’s culture, wildlife, and adventure offerings. • Maintain accuracy in costing, proposals, and confirmations.Requirements: • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in inbound travel operations. • Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka’s destinations, culture, and hospitality sector. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Ability to manage client relationships and perform under deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
