We partner with leading brands, agencies, and government entities to deliver cutting-edge experiences that merge creativity with technology.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead GenerationIdentify, research, and target potential clients across relevant industries.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outreach, networking, and follow-ups.Sales & NegotiationPresent and pitch Rayqube’s services and solutions to decision-makers through calls, meetings, and presentations.Prepare proposals, and close deals to meet revenue goals.Client Relationship ManagementDevelop and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat and sustainable business.Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after project execution.Ensure timely communication and a positive client experience throughout the engagement cycle.Market IntelligenceMonitor market trends, client demands, and competitor offerings to refine sales approach and positioning.Stay informed on industry developments within immersive tech, events, and experiential activations.Networking & On-Ground EngagementActively participate in networking events, industry gatherings, and client meetings across the UAE.Must be comfortable traveling locally for opportunities and relationship-building.Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are delivered successfully.Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and sales progress reports to senior management.Support internal teams to ensure all deliverables are executed at the highest standard.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within events, or related creative industries (preferred, not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proactive, driven, and passionate about sales with a strong ability to build relationships.Comfortable visiting clients and attending events for networking and business generation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple opportunities, and follow through on deliverables.Willingness to travel within the UAE for meetings and events.
