Business Development Lead

We are hiring for a leading global digital asset exchange that is looking for a Business Development Lead to drive growth and market expansion in Vietnam. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building local strategies, establishing key partnerships, and leading a team to grow the platform’s user base. The ideal candidate will have strong blockchain/crypto industry experience, excellent local market knowledge, and proven success in BD leadership roles.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and refine localized business development strategies for Vietnam to align with global business goalsExpand local partnerships with spot trading communities, KOLs, and institutional partners to drive user growthLead the execution of both online and offline marketing/BD activities, ensuring alignment with global branding initiativesBuild and manage a high-performing local BD team, ensuring achievement of revenue and ROI targetsAct as a key representative for the company in Vietnam, maintaining strong business and community relationshipsCollaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt offerings to the needs of the Vietnamese marketRequirements5+ years of BD/Marketing experience, with proven success in managing teamsStrong background in blockchain, crypto exchanges, or financial servicesExpertise in spot/derivatives trading and growth strategiesProficiency in Chinese or English plus Vietnamese is requiredStrong relationship-building and negotiation skills
