Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager - Advanced Medical Consumable, based in Castle Hill, NSW, with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves overseeing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth to achieve targets. You will analyze market trends, manage sales pipelines, collaborate with internal teams, develop proposals, and provide excellent service to nurture long-term partnerships. Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills are integral to success in this role.QualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the medical, aged care, nursing homes, and health industry.Effective communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Strategic planning, market analysis, and sales pipeline management expertise.Proficiency in CRM systems and use of technology tools to track and analyze performance.Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.Knowledge of advanced medical consumables or healthcare industry is advantageous.
