Today, we’re expanding fast in digital information services — and we’re looking for a commercially sharp, tech-savvy, high-energy Business Development Manager – Digital Solutions to help take this rapidly growing portfolio to the next level.If you thrive on consultative B2B sales, love solving complex information challenges and get excited about automation, workflow digitisation and large-scale transformation, this is your next big move.What You’ll OwnAs a BDM – Digital Solutions, you will lead ZircoDATA’s digital transformation growth engine. You will:Drive new digital business across government, healthcare, financial services, education and corporate sectors through proactive outreach, digital prospecting and senior-level engagement.Design and execute high-impact digital sales campaigns that improve the customer journey and lift revenue.Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline, with a laser focus on automation, ROI, workflow digitisation and information intelligence.Develop tailored strategic proposals that solve complex customer challenges and position ZircoDATA as a trusted transformation partner.Partner closely with marketing, operations, service delivery and technology teams to ensure digital solutions are aligned, adopted and delivering outcomes.Create solution briefs translating customer pain points into technical requirements for delivery teams.Lead account-based strategies, identifying renewal risks, cross-sell opportunities and long-term growth potential.Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption and renewal success, working with service delivery to ensure ongoing value.Represent ZircoDATA at industry events and key customer forums, bringing energy, credibility and digital expertise.Maintain first-class governance by keeping Salesforce accurate, forecasts sharp, and sales activity clearly visible.Why You’ll Love Working With UsModern Bentleigh office, only 200m from Moorabbin Station, and free onsite parkingGreat coffee and cafés nearbyMonthly team eventsA collaborative team that celebrates wins, works together and embraces innovationWhat You BringYou’ll thrive in this role if you bring a strong blend of technical capability, commercial instinct and consultative sales experience:Tertiary qualification in IT 5+ years’ experience in consultative B2B solution sales, ideally within digital transformation, automation, workflow or enterprise content managementDemonstrated success selling to C-suite and senior stakeholdersAbility to articulate and sell a value story centred on ROI, automation and business intelligenceStrong knowledge of digitisation, workflow automation, APIs, cloud workflows and system integrationUnderstanding of information governance, retention and privacy frameworks (preferred)Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skillsStrong problem-solving skills and commercial judgementExperience working closely with Marketing, Operations, IT and Transformation teamsExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Strong understanding of contracts, pricing structures and commercial termsA proactive, Hunter mindset with a record of achieving and exceeding revenue targetsReady to help shape the future of our Digital Solutions business?If you’re driven by growth, innovation and meaningful transformation outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.For a copy of the full position description or to apply for the position, please email HR@zircodata.com.auPlease Note:A National Criminal Record Check will be conducted on the successful applicant and must return a result that is satisfactory to ZircoDATA.
