This is a role for someone who lives and breathes Sydney entertainment culture, social trends, nightlife, and community energy.Fast-growing brand, zero bureaucracyWork directly with the founder, shape our local presence, and help define Duya’s influence within Sydney’s entertainment scene.About the RoleAs Community Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you will:Lead local visibility initiativesDrive local awareness within Chippendale, Redfern, Broadway, Ultimo, Newtown, Surry Hills, and surrounding hotspots.Build partnerships that matterCollaborate with pubs, bars, gyms, university clubs, sports groups, backpacker hostels, and local businesses to create value-driven cross-promotions.Develop and execute grassroots and event-based marketingPlan and deliver weekly or fortnightly events (league nights, tournaments, date nights, community competitions).Capture and coordinate engaging contentSupport the founder by filming on-the-ground content, customer reactions, highlights, and Western-friendly social clips.Manage micro-influencer relationshipsIdentify, invite, coordinate, and manage visits from Western influencers and micro-creators.Support social media executionAssist with content scheduling, community engagement, and ensuring our Western-facing brand tone stays consistent.Drive community engagementBe present in the venue, interact with customers, gather insights, and improve retention through relationship building.Report on performanceTrack local activity impact, event attendance, partnership results, and foot-traffic growth.Who You AreStrong experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, university clubs, sports, nightlife, or youth-focused marketingNative or near-native English speaker with high cultural fluency in Western youth trendsConfident communicator who can walk into businesses and pitch partnerships without hesitationSkilled at capturing short-form content (TikTok/IG)Creative thinker with practical execution skillsComfortable working independently with high accountabilityStrong organizational and people skillsExperience running or supporting eventsBasic editing skills (CapCut/Canva) welcomed but not requiredAn energetic personality who thrives in social environmentsOur Culture & BenefitsWork remotely or inside one of Sydney’s most aesthetic entertainment venuesZero corporate hierarchy — freedom to create, test, and innovateFlexible part-time hours (15/week)Direct access to the founder — your ideas get implemented fastA fun, youthful, creative environmentCompetitive hourly rateOpportunities to grow as the brand expands across Sydney
