You will be accountable for driving the largest incremental revenues and new business sales within Indonesia Accounts. Focusing on sell outs, you are responsible for growing sustainable wholesale sales with our DOM Account customers for our multi brands portfolio in Indonesia ultimately strengthening our market share and trade visibility.Cover Frames Wholesale – Sun and Optical with brands Oakley, Ray Ban, Bolon, Molsion.The segmentation is Premium & Luxury; Fast Fashion and trade channels Emerging Accounts / Independents / Key Accounts / Top AccountsDevelop market and business insights to support a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsPlan and organize business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesPrepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. to support preparation of budgeting, forecasting and business planningProvide trustworthy feedback and sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop processes, systems and procedures to develop entry level salespersons into valuable salespeopleRequirements6-8 years working experience as a business development analyst or executive, sales executive or a relevant roleProven sales track record and Experience in customer support is a plusResearch skills, Analytical and ability to synthesise data and information to derive market and business insightsMarket knowledge, Communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport, Time management and planning skillsAble to balance priorities and perform effectively under pressure to deliver against sometimes challenging deadlines whilst being consistent and delivering to a high standardProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Fluent Bahasa Indonesia & English, Italian / French or Dutch is advantage Independent, meticulous with attention to detailHigh energy, fast paced, matrix-reporting, multi-cultural environment and an action-oriented goal getterStrong sales capabilities, planning and analytical skillsGood ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization with strong presentation skillsStrategic mindset and able to build strong business rapport with all management levelsStrong organizational skills and analytical skills that enable you to handle complex sales cycle (multi brands, multiple collections and large POS network) and coordination with multiple internal departmentsNatural acumen for not only driving sell in but also a real understanding of retail operations and able to drive the sell throughOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
