With showrooms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, we are redefining design excellence across the UAE.We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out to oversee our three showroom branches and lead the outdoor sales division. This is a senior-level role for a results-oriented professional who thrives in the luxury interiors sector.Position SummaryThe Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for the commercial success of all showrooms, driving business growth, managing sales teams, and expanding project-based (B2B) sales through relationships with developers, contractors, and designers.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Team ManagementOversee operations and performance across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah showrooms.Manage and mentor showroom consultants and the outdoor sales team to meet sales targets.Establish KPIs, monitor results, and implement performance improvement plans.Coordinate with the design, production, and installation departments to ensure seamless project delivery.2. Business Development & Sales ExpansionDevelop and execute strategies to increase revenue in both showroom retail (B2C) and project (B2B) channels.Build and nurture long-term partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, corporate accounts, and project leads.Conduct high-level negotiations and close major contracts.Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition to support strategic decisions.3. Brand & Showroom ExcellenceEnsure all showrooms reflect Armadio’s premium brand image and customer experience standards.Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns, partnerships, and promotional events.Represent Armadio at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events.4.
