Your MissionYou are our growth driver in the aerospace and defence markets. Through proactive new customer acquisition, strategic relationship building, and a deep understanding of safety-critical electronic systems, you open new markets, develop long-term partnerships, and position CUONICS as a preferred technology partner for high-reliability avionics and defence solutions.Your ResponsibilitiesProactive new customer acquisition with OEMs, Tier-1s, system integrators, and governmental authoritiesDevelopment, maintenance, and expansion of strategic customer relationships in the avionics and defence sectorsIdentification and qualification of new business opportunities, programs, and tendersContinuous market, competitor, and technology analysis to identify trends and business potentialRepresentation of the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry eventsOwnership of pipeline, forecast, and opportunity management, including regular reports to managementYour ProfileSeveral years of experience in technical sales within the aerospace or defence industriesProven track record in new business development and winning complex projectsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — including in government and industry environmentsStructured, self-driven, and results-oriented working styleBusiness-fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantageWillingness to travel nationally and internationallyWhat We OfferAttractive compensation package including performance-based bonusesHigh level of autonomy and influence on company growthFlat hierarchies, fast decision-making, and a collaborative work environmentFlexible working hours and remote work optionsIndividual training and development opportunitiesCompany car (private use possible)
