As we prepare for our pilot launch, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong healthcare and medical device trading experience in the UAE market.Role DescriptionIdentify and secure partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare groups across the UAE.Promote Medilink360’s digital health platform and explain the value proposition to decision-makers.Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and handle B2B outreach for pilot onboarding.Build long-term relationships with medical directors, procurement departments, and clinical administrators.Understand competitor landscape in healthcare software and medical solutions.Represent Medilink360 at industry events, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings.Develop commercial proposals and negotiate partnership terms.QualificationsOver 8 years of Business Development experience in medical device trading or healthcare solutions.Mandatory UAE market experience with existing relationships in clinics and hospitals.Strong understanding of medical workflows, selling cycles, and procurement channels.Experience in health-tech or software solutions is a strong advantage.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a bonus.Valid UAE driving license required.
