The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing strategies to drive growth, preparing proposals and presentations, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and risks. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives and ensure the success of client engagements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in business development, real estate, or project managementStrong financial analysis and feasibility assessment skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management toolsAdvanced English proficiency; Chinese or Japanese language skills are an advantage
