The position is located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities for business growth, and building strong relationships with potential and existing partners. Qualifications3+ years in business development, sales, or market expansion (fintech/startups preferred)Strong knowledge of digital payments, fintech, and compliance in SEAProven partnership-building and deal-closing skillsFluent English; local SEA languages are a big plusStrategic, analytical, culturally aware, and technically savvy
