Business Development Manager – Renewable Energy | Citywest, Dublin (On-site)An opportunity to join a fast-growing renewable-energy developer leading the rollout of large-scale solar, battery storage, and clean-energy infrastructure projects across Ireland and the UK.We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive commercial growth and support the technical delivery of new utility-scale projects.The RoleYou’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, manage EPC relationships, and oversee project development from concept through construction readiness.Key responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new solar and BESS opportunities in Ireland.Prepare and issue construction tender documents and support EPC selection.Coordinate feasibility assessments, planning inputs, and grid applications.Support commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.Liaise with engineering teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.Maintain strong relationships with clients, utilities, and contractors.About You7+ years’ experience in renewable energy, ideally solar or battery storage.Background in project development, EPC, or technical sales.Strong knowledge of grid, planning, and construction processes.Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.Based within commuting distance of Citywest, Dublin 24 (on-site role).What’s on OfferSalary: €80,000 – €120,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + BenefitsLong-term growth potential within a high-performing clean-energy business.Chance to play a key role in delivering Ireland’s energy-transition projects.If you’re passionate about renewable energy and want to combine technical insight with commercial delivery, apply directly on LinkedIn to learn more.
