You’ll work with cutting-edge electronic security solutions and collaborate with our manpower team to deliver smarter, integrated services. Why Join Us?  ✔ Competitive base + commission + car allowance  ✔ Tools of the trade: phone & laptop  ✔ Ongoing training and career growth opportunities  ✔ A chance to influence and lead in a dynamic, expanding company  What you’ll do:  Win New Business: Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities across commercial, government, and critical infrastructure sectors. Deliver Integrated Solutions: Combine electronic security systems with manpower services for smarter client outcomes. Build Lasting Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Integration with Manpower: Partner with Operations, Guardhouse, and Manpower teams to ensure smooth contract delivery, KPI achievement, and identify opportunities for technology upgrades.  Compliance & Risk: Ensure all proposals and contracts comply with the Security Services Industry Award under the Fair Work Act, licensing requirements, and WHS standards, working closely with Compliance and SHEQ teams. Collaboration & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, attend pipeline meetings, and provide detailed sales reports. Lead from the Front: Represent Ultimate Security at meetings, presentations, and industry events. What you’ll bring: Proven Sales Expertise: 5+ years in electronic security sales or account management. Operational Knowledge: Basic understanding of security personnel management and service delivery. Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of CCTV, alarms, and access control systems. Tender Experience: Proven experience preparing and winning tenders. Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Licensing: Vic Security Licence (Security Advisor) and current driver’s licence.  Desirables Experience with integrated security solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools like simPRO. Background in managing large commercial or multi-site accounts. Attributes Commercially savvy, customer-focused, and results-driven. Confident communicator with a consultative approach. Self-motivated and disciplined, with a collaborative mindset. Ready to make an impact?
